Immaculate Extensions offers professional eyelash extension supplies including lash trays, adhesives, tweezers, prep products, and accessories.


Who can purchase from Immaculate Extensions?

Our products are designed for trained lash artists. We recommend professional training prior to use.


Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final. Returns are accepted only on unopened lash trays. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. We offer local pickup in Cleveland, Ohio. If local pickup is available for your order, it will appear at checkout.


Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We offer same-day delivery and Uber courier delivery for eligible orders in the Cleveland area. Availability depends on order time and distance.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your selected delivery method.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

My package says delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors or your building office, then contact the shipping carrier. If you still need help, email us and we will assist.
