Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on most products. Returns are accepted only on unopened lash trays.

Eligible returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Lash trays must be unused and unopened

• Original packaging must be intact

• The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used lash trays

• Adhesives, liquids, prep, and aftercare products

• Tools and accessories

• Sale or promotional items

• Gift cards

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Dajhon@immaculatextensions.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
