Same-day and courier delivery

Same-day and Uber courier delivery are available for eligible Cleveland-area orders placed before the daily cutoff time. Delivery fees vary by distance.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivered packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
